I really do not enjoy previewing any game between these two and most definitely hate trying to predict the result, as I am invariably wrong (see 2006 Grand Final tip and then result!).

This Saturday they will face-off for the eleventh time in three seasons with the win-loss ratio at five-five!

The Bloods have now won their past five games and knocked off the seemingly invincible (an unbeaten) Port last week so must start favourites against a team that they have already beaten twice this year.

For South they are a little difficult to follow and despite a 66-point win over Sollies last week it will be very wary going into the game against Central.

The Bloods now have ex-Wolves legend Kane Allen playing for them and with Ashley Grantham and Kristofer Crabbe back and kicking goals the Bulldogs will be fighting too many battles on too many fronts and will lose but hold onto, although tenuously, fourth spot.
